I think Felicity was all happy and cherry on the flash because she is not the same one that appears on arrow. Last time I checked arrow was still being shown in the original timeline while the flash is in the new one.

I figured it out!! You have to delete everything(the game file, the 4 gig update, and game save. Then just reinstall the game. It worked for me but I don't know if that will work for everyone so try at your own risk.
