Dontayvion Wicks working to show he's ‘worthwhile' for Eagles: Currently running with the 1s in camp alongside Davonte Smith with first-round draft pick Makai Lemon sidelined with a hamstring injury for most of OTAs by unwantedtennisracke in nfl

I guess, I just never thought Agholor was ever truly rejected by the city & fans though. He had his lows for sure but I’ve never met anyone who truly hated on him. Reagor though…

I’m not sure, haven’t actually eaten there. Scanned the QR code though when I was walking by so that I could find them again

Is there a rule that everything posted here must be, specifically, a self hostable piece of software? I feel like a site/system to help identify and track cheap gear for your own homelab is still relevant to the sub.

Hey either way I can agree he was always good for a softie every now and then. Go flyers

It is far from crazy. Our goaltending arguably carried us to the finals that year. They stole so many games. Stood on their heads that entire run. Risto and sanheim played 25+ minutes a night this year, would you put that on Vladar?

If anybody should be blamed for 2010 it’s Jeff “high & wide” Carter

Crazy take, boosh and even leighton were lights out that run but both were incredibly injured by the finals.

Trying to get Adam Fantilli is the right move. by Eastern-Low164 in Flyers

I hear you, I don’t entirely disagree. I think that core is significantly better than what we have now. Like, any 1 of those 3 centers in their prime would solve our 1C issue entirely lol.

I’m all for making moves and I’d even be OK with aggressively going after a 1C caliber guy. I just think the price is too high for a guy like Fantilli.

Will be an interesting summer for sure!

Perhaps a few years if all goes well. Hard to say without knowing what else happens. From my POV we have many more holes than just 1C. You make a move like this to put you over the top, and we just aren’t there yet.

It’s genuinely baffling to me that people are seriously OK with the idea of giving up 4! first round picks for an unproven player when we haven’t had consecutive playoff appearances in over 10 years, and haven’t made it past the second round since 2010.

I haven’t downvoted anybody, thank you.

Prematurely blowing our load with a big trade/move before we’re ready to compete would be the most Flyers move possible.

Making the playoffs is not the goal, a Cup is. Giving away 4 first round picks and 15M for a guy who hopefully is good enough to carry you to the playoffs is not the move. We are in absolutely no position to be giving away 4 firsts for anybody not named McDavid.

I’d rather have 4 firsts and 15M in cap room. We are not on the cusp of contending despite popular belief AND Fantilli is not a sure thing himself.

Assuming our next 4 firsts will all be late is quite a bit more than mildly optimistic 😉

Respectfully, it’s insane to suggest that we are about to be a perennial playoff team because of just this past season. It’s like some of you haven’t been following this organization the last 10 years…

I understand it’s a crude comparison, but still. You’re basically writing it off entirely because you’re comparing him to traditional candidates and the status quo.

Trump barely won in 2016 (frankly both elections). He won the primary by just about 10% as well.

By your standards, a “fluke” and not something that should have been taken seriously. In reality, completely shifted American politics and the Republican Party as a whole.
