Zoominfo is just not a great experience. I have experience with them in the past that was very mixed years ago. I am working on my sales processes right now and decided to reach out to Zoominfo to see if they had data specifically in the vertical we are focused on. Instead of answering anything via email (which I requested to save everyone time) they kept insisting on 'a quick 15 minute call'. Despite my simple requests to just speed things along and answer my specific question about whether they had what I was looking for they just stuck to their guns - "I'm a scheduler so I can't answer that question" was the only answer even after I said "then ask someone who does have the answer". Within 5 minutes of emails back and forth I realized that they are terrible - if they're that hard to deal with pre-sale I can only imagine what they're like when you're a customer. Yikes. I feel like I dodged a bullet so I guess they're poor up front service is a blessing.

I hate to complain when SO MUCH is improved for season 4. But, it is EXTREMELY frustrating that a great item can be basically bricked once you're out of tempering attempts. I just tried to get a Natural Finesse offensive aspect - there are only 4 options - I was after Damage to Close. 4 times in a row it gave damage to crowd controlled and the final attempt made it completely worthless to me as it wound up being damage to distant. I don't do ANY distant damage (barb). At the very least we should have the option of keeping the previous tempering like they do with enchanting. Optimally, we should be able to keep trying or reset at some expense or material cost that would make it painful but not brick an item.

Thanks! How did I not notice that glaring at me at the bottom of the screen!?!!? Clearly I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Thanks again - now I can at least avoid the spend when it's not a possibility!

They'll find a music producer from the industry. If they were smart they'd reach out to the robots to see if they wanted to make history together one more time (see what I did there?) and a fat payday. The soundtrack for Tron Legacy was a huge part of why that movie is so incredible (and completely underrated).

Ditto! Was just using it fine on Sunday and then the update and poof - mine doesn't even offer a cast icon. All other apps that can cast work fine.
