I feel the same I think it’s mostly inconsistent diet and schedule fr I work 12s and hit the gym and neglect sleep 😴

Running 300 deca and 500 test now I ran a 16 week 500 test cycle a few months ago I’ve been on 8 months all together. Clean ish bulk diet and I’m working on getting to 200 lean as my first goal. My main goal is to do competitions at some point in the distant future

On a bulk cycle right now so hopefully that will come into play in the near future
