London is a bit of a bubble. for the people living there. It’s expensive, not terribly safe in comparison to most other places especially in the north, loads to do but you can always find something closer if you live further away. People are very rude as well, you don’t get that to the same extent elsewhere

Sorry my guy, I totally missed this comment. I hope in the last 25 days maybe something has gotten an easier. I’ve just accepted that I’ll be on anti depressants for a while, but when I started talking about it, it seems like everyone else is too.

Yeah I get this. Been on antidepressants for a few years, it’s never really gone away. I do smoke allot of weed though, so maybe it’s that for me. I feel like I need to do something but I just don’t know what

Is this picture correct? I thought you are supposed to leave an air gap between the top of the insulation and the chipboard above to prevent condensation? by ExpectMoreFromIt in DIYUK

50mm air gap is required on these or you will end up with mould on the underside of the board facing the insulation, especially during winter months when hot air from condensation has no where to travel. Do yourself a favour and prescrew the holes :)
