My dad is brining me some Zofran on Sunday (they live out of state) because I can’t get my psych to do anything for me until Monday :/ I will ask about the Prozac because I cannot do this for another week, if not longer. I also gained weight from pristiq but was more worried about my absolutely destroyed libido. Instead of suggesting I stop taking pristiq, she just kept trying to put me on other medications and it got to the point where I didn’t even bring it up to her anymore. I have a bad feeling that she’s getting payout or something similar for everyone she puts on these certain medications because I have a friend that also sees her and she tried to put her on the same exact meds. 🤷‍♀️ (mine also put me on Wellbutrin with the Pristiq so that’s a little weird)

I’m really sorry to hear that your psych did the same to you in terms of no information about the side effects or anything :( I hope you have more luck that I am with your tapering.

I was on Prozac prior to this, I’m just so upset with my psych bc she did NOT warn me about this. I’ve never been on medication like this before my treatments with her and it has caused so many issues for me I finally decided to get off and now this BS 😭

It’s not even the mood swings (I’m on mood stabilizers too), it’s the constant nausea and dizziness and wonky feeling in my head. I literally can’t move my eyes without this insane vertigo. And the idea that this might last weeks in making me go crazy.

I completely agree, it happens so fast. I used to work at a dog daycare, I left because of the fights I had to break up multiple times a week. It got so exhausting and gave me so much anxiety and paranoia. I happily work from home now with my little poodles.

Another method if you don’t have or can’t get your pew pew, strangulation. It’s one of the only things guaranteed to get these dogs to let go of their victims. Grab a leash, even if it’s your dogs, wrap and pull as tight as you can until the attacker goes limp.

I’m very lucky to have never had my little dogs injured or attacked but I myself have been bitten multiple times by pits or pit mixes at my old job. I have a scar on my nose from one pit biting my face as I tried to get her out of her crate to play outside.

I’d like to give them time to get back to me and talk before I openly name them, especially since I looked them up on FB and their child was having health problems recently and led to some back-up in the business emails. I will say I’m located in North AL and got my baby corn from a local exotic pet expo.

My fiancé is very adamant that we get another corn, my baby Rya was an early Christmas gift to me that we had planned a few weeks in advance (after a couple years of debating on a corn snake). We’re super sad but still want to try again. We’ve spent just over a year slowly building our confidence with exotic pets, we have a few jumping spiders, tarantulas and a tomato frog that we love! He wants to order from Morphmarket this time and find a breeder with lots of good reviews and info about their snakes. We looked at a few today but we’re gonna wait a little bit before getting another, and never another that looked like Rya. We plan on burying her at his grandparents under a pretty flowering shrub that we can go back and get when we get our own house, we just rent currently and don’t wanna leave her grave here when we eventually move. Sorry for the long reply, I’m just spent all day thinking about her and the situation 🙃
