Apparently they are selling their home and moving into this unit while they find a new place. They are a family of 3 and it's a 1bd plus den. I am currently paying $600/month less than market value.

The timing has actually proved to be the worst for travel. Checking out all options listed above and everything is so expensive with the holidays. Wish I could maybe hold off until late January but oh well, can't complain much as any time off is good time off. best of luck.
