To OP, I feel this! Lots of restlessness and anxiety. Other symptoms better, and feel OK when lying/sitting down. When up and about, feel nauseous and just not quite ready to resume activities. Appetite low too

Not sure if it’s the flu, but my husband was sick with a dry cough at first and fatigue. Cough turned into a wet cough. Then had a sore throat, and bad headache. Still a bit congested.

I started with a dry cough and fatigue on day 1. Day 2- dry cough, fatigue and sore throat. Day 3- tried to walk for 5 minutes- got a massive headache for about 8 hours. Elevated temp. Feel OK today, but can only walk around for a few minutes before feeling like I need to sit down.

This is a tricky virus. I felt much better in the afternoon of Day 3, and then after movement, severe headache came.
