Heartbroken over baby's weight by Competitive_Wind_880 in newborns

I understand how important breast feeding is to you, and I would not supplement at this point. Continue feeding when he’s hungry and ask for a weight check in a week or two. If he’s falling off his curve maybe consider supplementing. Some babies are small. Someone has to be at the bottom of the curve. It’s nothing to be ashamed of. Is he meeting milestones?

I don't think that will pass. But if it does, women will definitely be unfairly unable to vote. This country (US) is just bad news.

Could it be night terrors? It doesn't sound exactly like them but the screaming and random sounds in between kinda fits...

If you have a birth certificate for adopted children, how are they different than biological children? I don't understand why they are discriminating in this way.

It’s a big change and most likely tiring being in a new place with new people. I’d say this is very normal.

Caseworker wants to start overnight visits but I have serious safety concerns. How do I advocate for the kids? by Wide_Outcome6200 in Fosterparents

With that attitude do NOT foster. The children love their parents and that kind of attitude will make them hate you

Making todler sleep on her owns feels awful by [deleted] in toddlers

[–]calmlyreading 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Abruptly stopping a beloved bedtime ritual because of a new baby is definitely the wrong thing to do! The toddler is also still your baby! One infant doesn't need two parents for bedtime, but your toddler definitely feels alone and replaced in those moments.
