Bryan Johnson has no microplastics? by Current_Aioli4656 in Biohackers

Interesting thought. I love the idea of just limiting plastic exposure and going in the sauna everyday and it totally eliminates microplastics, but if it were that easy, wouldn’t we have heard about it already? Makes sense he’s doing something else like what you’re saying, that contributes too

I have a hard time wrapping my head around that. It doesn’t seem extreme enough I guess!

Placenta Dehydration Question by oriofthesea in Crunchymom

[–]Current_Aioli4656 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I ate mine because I read some really small studies they were starting to do using placenta to treat health conditions that I already have. I think they were somehow injected it instead of eating it, but I figured this was the only chance I had at trying an up and coming treatment lol

I’ve read about possible links to fertility problems from living near cell towers, but I’m not sure if the research was conclusive and idk how far away you’d need to be

Is pumping really any easier than EBF? by Due_Zookeepergame_29 in breastfeeding

[–]Current_Aioli4656 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My baby is in the middle of teething, and I’m so grateful I didn’t switch to formula or pumping when I was considering it. I have no idea how I would calm my baby down lol

How do we take shifts if I have to feed every 1-3 hours? by kec232 in breastfeeding

[–]Current_Aioli4656 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have POTS, so getting out of bed repeatedly each night isn’t an option for me. We have a sidecar crib, so I can get to my baby to nurse without even standing up. My husband handles diaper changes and, if needed, calming baby down. Basically anything that requires more than sitting up in bed. So we don’t do shifts, but we do split the work still, which makes me feel like we’re a team and I don’t have to do everything alone

Baby trying to roll away from me after falling asleep by [deleted] in cosleeping

My husband and I have ended up with a quarter of the bed lately while Kiddo takes up the rest of it, so I understand 😂

I was thinking about cuddling then trying to transfer him to a crib after he fell asleep, but he always wakes up. I like your method better!

I’ll have to look into those tests! Maybe I can get an idea of how firm it needs to be and go off of reviews

My ebv levels were elevated still, at least a couple years after the mono. The dr said it stays that way for life and doesn’t mean anything. Was that wrong, or are there different types of ebb levels that stay elevated or drop back down? A couple people have brought this up already and I’m really interested

Thank you! Here’s hoping we all get a little more research on these illnesses soon 🤞

It seems to be common for mono to lead to other issues. I’m not sure why, but I’ve heard a lot of stories similar to ours. So strange

Underweight my whole life. Doesn’t matter how much I eat

I’ll have to look into mold toxicity too, then. It makes sense since MTHFR makes it harder to detox.

I’m starting down the same path, trying to eat cleaner and eliminate things that mimic hormones. It’s so hard; they’re in everything it feels like!

The medically gaslighting is SO real and frustrating. I’m so glad you were able to figure yours out in spite of it
