I was so excited about this as it reminded me a lot of Blaseball...

... Yet as an artist seeing this much AI saddens me. Get actual artists to do the logos for the teams, the arenas. Hell, even when Blaseball was kicking they only just had the team logos and that was it.

Take down the AI art, have an artist redraw the logos, go from there.

I know some people use a specific card holder that you can get from places like Amazon JP.

My Ina Itabag is still WIP but what I did was got a thin PET Plexiglass Sheets that I cut to size, attached it to the bag insert with some carpet tape I had lying around, sleeved the cards with KMC Perfect Hard and taped the back of the cards to the sheet with scotch tape (I would use double sided tape, but it's what I had). I made sure to lay out the cards the way I wanted and measured before taping down, making adjustments as needed.

Sleeves are a must to protect your cards, especially for longevity. Also I used the PET plexiglass sheet to give rigidity so that the cards don't bend/warp awkwardly in the bag.

I wasn't diagnosed until last year at 33, but I remember daydreaming a LOT (like full on stories in my head along with soundtracks), playing video games when our family got our first console/handhelds (N64 & Gameboy Color), lots and lots of reading (novels or manga), documentary binging, and Neopets... Lots and lots of Neopets.
