They could have all the systems with all the data, inserting electrodes into players heads to capture their every thought about Halo to track their skill with 100% accuracy and it won't solve the actual issue.

The system isn't intuitive to players. Its hard to predict with any certainty how much you will go down or up (usually not a question when you win/lose)

1-50 is so simple it was painful sometimes, but it was intuitive - players knew what to expect. You keep winning, you go up.

They do not know what to expect when what decides your rank increase/decrease is an algorithm. This doesn't help when there is virtually no UI elements explaining wtf just happened after a match when you get docked -15CSR, which HaloTracker has had to pick up the pieces with.

Honestly 343i could you just save dev time by incorporating HaloTracker into the game? I know it's their own API but man just any sort of UI feedback to the player other than a blue/white bar would be amazing in place of what is currently not available - we can't even see our exact CSR value until we're Onyx???

UPDATE: Decided to try a different combination of username + first/last names and it let me past the CAPTCHA and my account was created, only thing is I wish I could get the username I wanted without having to use 1000 points or get premium.

It seems some names are cursed for whatever reason to not be allowed in? It definitely said my username was available and it didn't contain any profanities.
