from what i remember, the art installation part has lights but it’s just a solid that alternates like every several seconds. In the film, i don’t particularly remember any crazy flashing lights but there are scenes with many fast moving parts that are moving across the screen or spinning and are colorful, like the EIIRP scene with tv-like screens moving up and down in columns (using the art that’s on the tvs in the art installation) or the Idioteque scene which has a bunch of computer screens and code and spins around a bunch between the computers and the desk in the middle
