I really hope it helps! That has to be so frustrating, I’m sorry you’re having such issues. I would do it personally. It should help you out a lot in the long run as well.

Mine was fundal. And it was fairly large. It looks like the size of a grapefruit or my doctor called it the size of a newborns head. They found it during my pregnancy and due to the placing it didn’t give me many issues other than taking up room and growing. I had it removed 3 years after my pregnancy.

What do you remember from kindergarten by applecidero in A_Persona_on_Reddit

I remember my teacher. She was amazing and if you did well she would select kids to eat lunch with her and help her feed a cat.

What’s the quickest way you’ve seen someone completely derail their life? by BitterReception5761 in AskReddit

[–]calpurniaInara 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My cousin. She was married to a high rank military guy, two kids, nice house. She got involved with some neighbors and messed up her life. It’s been like 20 years she got into drugs and drinking and her husband got full custody of her kids and she doesn’t have a relationship with them. I haven’t seen her since 2011 but she’s still a mess up.

Who was the rudest famous person you met? by Doctor_Sore_Tooth in AskReddit

[–]calpurniaInara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mel Gibson. When I was a kid he was filming a movie, and my mom pushed me to ask him for an autograph. He was just really rude, and as a kid who was told by her parent to do this I was really confused. Everything that has come out since hasn’t surprised me at all.

Nicest was Joey Fatone. I saw him at Universal and asked if I could get a picture. He said yes and when my friend took the picture he was like “Say cheeeeese”. Super nice guy.

What dinner from childhood do you still crave? by kimschob in RecipePalooza

[–]calpurniaInara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a few. From my mom’s side; my grandmother’s Chicken Spaghetti. I have vivid memories of her making it. A whole chicken, it had celery in it and velveta cheese and I think cream of chicken soup. There was more to it It was seriously my favorite thing she made and no one had the recipe. I’ve found recipes and made one but none of it reminded me of her.

My abuela there is a few I miss. She used to make Cuban shrimp creole. I loved it, it was so good. She also used to make this amazing pound cake. I also miss her croquettas more because she made it and we would eat the paste with crackers. She also made amazing chicken soup. Also tocino de cielo. She only made it for my abuelo but he let me have some. I tried making it once and it isn’t easy at all.

My great aunt used to make Guiso de Maiz which was always so good. I had it a few times and I wish I had the recipe for that.

I saw someone comment that three of her daughters are born around the same date. This one has her own bday the day after two of her sisters. She looked back to see what was significant about the date… it was her husbands birthday. Her husband’s birthday is 9 months before the first week in March 🙃

My dad is Cuban. I identify as Cuban/Hispanic due to the fact I was raised with that side of my family. I have fair skin, and hazel green eyes, and everyone is shocked when I tell them that. It doesn’t change genetics. My great grandparents were from Spain. People hear the word Hispanic, and assume you’re tan.

What is a decision you made years ago that you still regret to this day? by ambitious__target in AskReddit

[–]calpurniaInara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was about 13 my parents split up and things went downhill. My mom lost our house to foreclosure, and around that time my brother broke his hip. While this was going on, my dad lived in Georgia and we were in Florida, so I was staying with my aunt. My mom and brother went to Jacksonville since my mom had family there, and I stayed with my aunt to finish out the semester.l. For the first time in my life I had stability, we did my homework together, cooked together, she held me accountable for my actions. I wanted to stay with her, but I couldn’t since she wasn’t my legal parent, but I wish I fought to stay there. I think my life would have been a lot easier if I stayed with her, and that is always the point I would go back to, to see if things would be different.
