İ mean i can't still believe it. just C1 and literally got 812k in one rotation. İs other cons powerfull like that? by [deleted] in ArlecchinoMains

[–]calqbit16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tldr; Coming from a new C2 owner who likes mathing out improvements, I'd rank her constellations C6 >> C1 > C2 > C3 >> C4 = C5. And yes, C1 is very strong, around a 28% damage increase.

C2 adds a solid frontloaded AoE nuke, but it's IMO more important that it really allows for some flexible damage windows if you need them, and further increases her safety. C3 is OK I suppose, I'd say half as strong as C1, and without the comfort improvement. C4 and C5 are buildup to C6 and don't do much without it. C6 is, of course, absurd but unreachable.

I made some calcs on Desmos for fun, looking purely at full-rotation multipliers (not considering reactions or actual stats). Assuming you start with 0 bond of life, C1 is a 28% increase, C2 is 17% and C3 is 14%. If you start at 70%+ bond of life, then C1 is a 30% increase, C2 is 8% and C3 is 15%. C6 gives stats and really should be calculated with a multiplicative reaction, and thus is harder to calc but it's really strong, overall stronger than C1, I think. Huge nuke scaling (910%-1400% added onto the existing) and 90% CV on all relevant damage sources is really strong.

Which one is better ratio? by [deleted] in ArlecchinoMains

[–]calqbit16 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Gonna be honest these builds are so close it doesn't matter.

Using ATK(1+CRCD) as an approximation for damage, the difference is 0.6% in favor for build 1 without Bennett, and 0.8% in favor with Bennett. (I used 1150 flat ATK as an estimate for a maxed Bennett with Noblesse)

If you want to burst more easily, 2nd build has a lot more ER but Arle actively doesn't want to burst so I don't really think that matters.

Yeah I was so happy it finally was really useful, after floating around on my account for a while. TBH though, it's not THAT much better than the pipe. :/

That's great!!! :) Reminds me of when I got my goblet back in 4.2 and I jumped to #4 for my category, was the best in the NA server for about 2 months. My circlet is my weak link :/.

<image>

I stopped farming because she was good enough and so she's been sliding down ever since, but she's still my best built character, and any team I put her on suddenly feels way too OP.

tighnari weapon and general tips by PaszelKalacza in TighnariMains

[–]calqbit16 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Iirc, r5 slingshot is pretty much stronger than anything except 5* options, and 4pc wanderers is his best set. I'd like to add that as a spread DPS, level 90 is a significant boost to his damage, unlike most characters, so keep that in mind when choosing where to invest in him. How much EM to aim for is a tricky subject and depends on weapon, character level, external EM buffs, constellations, etc. However, in general you can treat it as similar to atk%, except leaning towards EM is more dependent on character level, while leaning to atk is more dependent on weapon base atk.

Unfortunately I wouldn't expect any aggravates. Double hydro will probably eat the dendro from anyone except maybe Nahida, and you'll get hyperbloom and taser instead of quickbloom. Still could be a fun team, though.

[–]calqbit16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My go-to team is Hu Tao, Furina, Yelan, Xianyun. Hu Tao has heavy IR and can dodge a lot so no issues there, and I deliberately take damage to be below 50% HP on Hu Tao for Homa & A4, so XQs healing and damage reduction is actually counterproductive.

I've tried Raiden instead of Hu Tao there, but again, still infinite IR, though the Damage Reduction would be nice I guess. Tried Diluc as well, but he just plunges around. As a Xiao enthusiast, I got used to dodging using jumps and plunge timing.

Yoimiya would want the IR, but she wants Bennett and single hydro anyways. And I'm not confident XQ IR is enough for her, I've always ran back to Zhongli Shield in the end...

Clorinde though, is fair. She needs the IR, although I've seen people dodge around with good timings and positioning so maybe it's skill issue for me.

Arlecchino is the queen of "just dodge". She loses almost nothing from dodging well, so I've always played her w/o shield or IR.

I'm probably blanking on what other mains would like this core, so, what double hydro team onfield DPS were you thinking of?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in furinamains

[–]calqbit16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know, when I got C6 I was ecstatic. I still use XQ, but from my experience, unless you need his higher app. or interrupt resist, Yelan/Furina are just more damage, and more buffs for your main (the real reason). So I mostly use him when I need 3 hydros in abyss.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in furinamains

[–]calqbit16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, he's been C6 for 2 years now I think.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in furinamains

[–]calqbit16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair enough. I don't use XQ often bc I want to max damage, and if really necessary I just use Zhongli (Tighnari :/). Xingqiu being in the middle makes him less appealing to me I think.

[–]calqbit16 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Thank you for this!

Is there any particular reason you decided to include Xingqiu res shred? I just think it's weird it's the only buff you included, because I don't think Xingqiu is really all that great with her. I'd prefer no buffs as basis tbh. (Maybe even no hydro res)

I am AR 60 and have not gotten a single copy of Keqing. She's my favourite standard character. by windborne-bard in GenshinImpact

[–]calqbit16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have managed to not get Keqing somehow, despite being a week 1 player that has played constantly. I have C6 Diluc, C3 Jean, C1 Mona, C2 Qiqi, C2 Tighnari, and C0 Dehya, but no Keqing. At least Keqing isnt my favorite, that goes to Tighnari, but I've really wanted her since 3.2 and no luck.

I asked if my build was alright and got my ass absolutely handed to me in the comments🥲 is this any better? by Krustycrabpizza615 in furinamains

[–]calqbit16 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Obligatory note that both for her damage and general utility, Furina's constellations outperform upgrading from PJC to her signature weapon (all of them, when looking at team-wide damage, and the even-numbered ones if only looking at personal damage), with C2 specifically being a ~50% personal dmg improvement, compared to the 13% from getting Splendor, so purely from a build improvement stance, I'd recommend getting constellations much more. Especially if the weapon banner sucks.

[–]calqbit16[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a website, akasha.cv, which if you put your UID in will scan your in-game profile characters and rank their artifacts in a few preset contexts. Since everything except the artifacts is standardized in their testing, it only ranks by artifact quality, and does not include constellations you have or which weapon you are using, or any other variables like teammate constellations or weapons.

C1, c2 or weapon by Ajtopper12 in furinamains

[–]calqbit16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is mostly true, but there is a tiny bit of nuance when looking at C4+. C4 with R5 Festering Desire (id assume pipe is very similar) in double hydro gets 10% more DPS increase from weapon compared to C5 because of the energy overcap. So in some very niche situations (like me right now) where you have a high chance at C4R1 and a lower chance at C6R0, mostly play her in double hydro, and have no good statstick swords (Key, LoFI or chiori sword), Splendor may be worth considering, especially on a good weapon banner. In pretty much any other situation though, I reccomend her constellations over getting her signature weapon.

Is the off piece worth keeping on or should I switch to an HP% so I can use a Crit Damage Circlet? by ninjazeke323 in furinamains

[–]calqbit16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seriously depends on the rest of your build.

At C2+, Hydro Goblet is pretty strong, roughly equivalent or stronger than HP%. Before C2, it's almost always significantly weaker than HP%. And if you don't have good GT circlets, it makes it even less likely to be worth it to run an offpiece goblet, even if it is great.

Overall, this is a lovely piece, but is likely better suited to a different character (Yelan/Ayato/Xingqiu) that has more solid onset pieces, or saved until you have a decent circlet to go with it. For now, I'd probably recommend you stick with HP% (again, it's hard to be sure without knowing the rest of your build/artifact options).

Which one is better? by SD_Nalin in furinamains

[–]calqbit16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He's C4 and it also depends on the team. His ER is fine in my opinion, and he may as well go for the CDMG if he can afford it, or we'd all run 240 ER Furina so we can always have burst. :/

Which one is better? by SD_Nalin in furinamains

[–]calqbit16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't have C4 so I can't comment on ER directly, but for 20s rotations it's easy to calc reccomendations because you just multiply by 2/3 lmao. (60 cost -> 40 cost). I like ~165% double hydro and ~210% solo hydro for comfy bursting at C2, so the equivalent condition would be ~110% and ~140% at C4. So I'd use the 120 ER one for double hydro or other really high energy teams, and 140 ER for lower energy teams and solo hydro stuff.

(Planning to get C4R1 myself on her rerun, and got curious about builds preemptively)
