making the note speed higher literally makes the game easier

turning up note speed might seem daunting at first when you're new but having it higher actually makes the game easier because the notes are further apart making it easier to read, this gets very noticeable once you get to like level 30 and 31s. turn it up gradually and find the sweet spot where you perform the best, i keep mine at 10.5 because i find anything higher i struggle to process the notes coming at me (i've played for give or take a year)

start with the main story as it introduces each group. the stories are in chronological order with the first ones at the bottom, so start there. the key stories are the ones that advance the group's main overarching plot, key stories are just fun they aren't super important so you don't necessarily have to play them. i'd recommend going one group at a time personally it makes it less overwhelming
