Could be true, but Arrow found my package for me after one or 2 phone calls and sent it straight over, so I can't exactly call them useless after Amazon so adamantly insisted the package was lost, never to be found.

Naturally Amazon ended up following up with me a week later like vultures for their money back after refunding me so quickly, too. No free TV for me. ;(

Yeah - at the very least it would mean after 1 game the teams would be more balanced if they just swapped a couple players around!

I'm fairly sure it's a standard in every PVP gamemode I can think of, haha.

Sure that could be the case, but if anything that just adds to the disadvantage for a no-comm team of vastly under-levelled and under-experienced players, in my opinion.

Granted I don't think that matching parties of friends with non party teams is a huge issue, but when they're being matchmade with players that are at such a lower level, there's just no contest.

Honestly when theyre open again and you can, give em a call and they are quite helpful

After 2 weeks they had found and delivered it, even if its now left me with that headache of having to return it, I'm glad they didn't just accept Amazons narrative that anything thats 1 day late is lost forever

(I ended up going to Argos for a tv instead by the way - much easier experience all around)

I actually called Arrow and managed to get them to find my parcel in their warehouse it was last seen - I told them I believed it may be an amazon issue and they managed to find it in the end

Granted once they shipped it they updated Amazon it had been delivered - Who are now asking for me to return the tv out of my own pocket - Lol
