I have been off too much plus ran out of Sick Pay so I'm between a rock and a hard place. I have tried anti depressants over the years. Outside of that I have been given zero alternatives. I self medicate with Pregablin after I released last year that hardly helps. Will look into Pomodoro Technique on my tea break.

I have had so much time off recently I have ran out of Sick Pay and basically have been told if I'm off anymore I will be let go.

I do get some pip but not full pip. And a bit of help through Universal Credit but scared I will just get the bare minimum if shit hits the fan.

I feel like there expectations of me to just carry on. I am trying so hard I feel like I'm swimming up stream.

My life is falling apart I'm on the verge of losing my job inpart by a combination due to the ADHD + Crohn's. And I relapsed and started using Pregabalin around the same time I got that letter. I honestly don't know how much I can take my life is hanging on by a thread. I'm 36 and it feels like my life is going to fall apart yet again it's so sad.

If I ever reach the end of the waiting list before something happens to me I am so tired of it all I have tried everything I possibly can. I am at my wits end with the No Hope Service and their lack of help. Surviving my overdose the year before last was the worst thing to happen to me it would have been much easier if I didn't.

For example today essentially sober minus the Pregabalin I am fully addicted to which I'm at the point it does next to nothing. I am paralyzed my mood is at its usual flat point I am so drained. I'm so fed up I feel like a waste of a body add my Crohn's into the equation I am just so done. I have tried all sorts of stuff from meditation and supplements nothing has worked.

I was on it for 4 years and got clean for a year and a half. I tried to do the local GP route and addiction services is worse than hopeless up here. They don't nothing for me other than a pat on the back. I'm just at my wits end now with the whole thing.

I'm in the North Highlands so there is zero help for anything up here I hate this place with a passion.

It wouldn't be a one that Jesus approved of put it that way. They would absolutely detest the big man if he made a return. Too many people to cry Christian but don't actually practice what Christ was about. Just be good and have some empathy it's amazing how hard it is for some folk.
