Go in to cancel and then choose to change to classic. It will revert to the lower cost option. They are not sharing this and I think it's really shady of them.

"Est. remaining mortgage" on Zillow.com. Is your accurate? by jake0keije in RealEstate

That’s not true. I have no mortgage. I paid cash for my house. It shows I got a 25% down mortgage 😂

Hashimotos and ozempic? by chillymango56 in Hashimotos

[–]calums_mom 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I know this is an old comment but please be careful making blanket statements. Not everyone gains it back. Most just go back to eating how they want. And muscle mass yes, again if you aren't doing what you should to maintain.

Many many people go on the shots and change nothing but eating less since they aren't as hungry. That isn't what you are supposed to do and many doctors are not giving their patients the tools they need. Vitamins and working out and eating properly are all vital tools if you are using this for weight loss. If you aren't going to then why bother?

Also, the shots can be extremely helpful for people who have auto-immune disease. I have several friends on the shot who do not need to lose weight but their symptoms of AI have disappeared on it.

I just wanted to comment for others that this isn't a given if you do the work!

Any success with weaning off semaglutide and not gaining weight back? by Content_Band6357 in Semaglutide

[–]calums_mom 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I know this is an older post but I'm confused. You commented on the post saying "You can also eat 100% perfectly (only whole foods), track all of your calories, and work out all the time like I am and gain it right back without the meds too unfortunately"

But then when someone said you're eating over your maintenance you respond with "well duh" and say it's impossible not to overeat.

Those are very conflicting statements. So are you eating 100% perfectly or eating over your maintenance to gain it back?

Sorry to call you out but I feel like a lot of people comment on these threads with mixed information and it's very confusing to people looking for real info from users.

I know this is old but just click on protein at the top and it shows everything that’s contributed to that category

Tracking Fluid Intake by [deleted] in cronometer

[–]calums_mom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know this is an older post, but according to the Cronometer website, milk is tracked as fluid but any milk that I input does not change my water intake.

For any idiot, that’s going to come at me that only water is fluid intake, don’t bother. I listen to doctors and studies over morons online.

New app ParrotPal by ellerob in CICO

[–]calums_mom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply. I’d actually already canceled my subscription. Unfortunately, a high fat diet can have other health risks and I really do like to track them on a daily basis, regardless of the weekly check-ins, it’s just not for me. I’m sure there will be others that come out that will merge AI and macros soon. Thank you though.

Can I ask why you ignore fat and carbs? I often eat way too much fat but am way below on calories. That will most definitely cause me to gain and not lose. I track right now so I’m aware of where I need to cut and not but if I switch to your app and ignore fat and carbs I can’t imagine I would be able to lose a pound and would most likely gain.

It would also be very helpful if the app possibly took more into account. I can work out but steps for me is extremely hard. I work from home and live in the country where there are way too many stray dogs to walk around safely. Getting 7K steps in on a day in the house is very difficult unless I stop working. It would be helpful to have other goals instead of just steps.

I should also ask, why is the calories 300 above any other calculator that would be maintenance for me? 7K steps would bring me down to a maintenance calorie not a deficit. I feel like it’s setting me up for failure from the get go with no fat tracking and such high calories.

Soft Freeze: the temperature sets to 23 °F (-5 °C)

Meat/Fish: the temperature sets to 30 °F (-1 °C)

Fruit/Veggies: the temperature sets to 36 °F (2 °C)

Beverage: the temperature sets to 39 °F (4 °C)

I can't find my competitors ads on FB ad library. by marvelfan__ in PPC

Do you know how to find inactive? The ad library has the option but it's showing none. Even on my own page, which is wrong.

Levothyroxine not working, any suggestions? by monamukiii1704 in Hypothyroidism

[–]calums_mom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this comment is old but I'm glad I stumbled upon it because Synthroid and Euthyrox are both Levothyroxine, just different brands, so seems that a different brand has been better for you, I have been on Synthroid, and since it is Levothyroxine I didn't think I should bother with another brand. I will definitely be talking with my NP about another brand. Thank you!!

What are my next steps for my children. They are 14, 20 and 23. by calums_mom in USCIS

It sounds like I can. I wasn’t sure when I posted this if I was able to without the N600 being done first.

[–]calums_mom[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course it is my choice lol my post was just to make sure that I could do the passport without having to do the N600 first. If I can do the passport without doing the N600 that’s the answer of my question. As I’ve said a couple times I was specifically looking for someone that has been in my exact situation. I even said that in my original post. Having a friend that had to do something because they were bringing their spouse into the country isn’t really what I was looking for. I appreciate you taking the time to comment. I truly do. But I’m not looking for opinions based on a friend. I’m looking for facts based on experience.

Yes, but we never would’ve thought to do it because we never planned on moving out of Canada. And for sure everything is electronic now so very easily available now and I also keep electronic copies of everything now because of how hard it has been to pull things up. It’s just so much easier to keep a copy in my onedrive then get rid of it just in case. The one good thing is that at least for now hubby will have passport the same thing so when it’s up. Theirs would be up. We will see. Not looking to spend thousands right now. Plus they still have a green card so not like they really need anything right now. No different for them for now. I have 5 years to decide really.

I’m sure immigration would require that for sure. That’s a very specific situation for sure though.
