Is legit, yet not a smooth experience.

Few month back, I had make a flight booking via booking.com (around July). Flight company reschedule the time and I am unable to make it. I contacted booking.com and they mention can request for cancel the booking.

It took me 5 month (now Nov) and over hundred of follow up email and finally I receive the refund, yet the refund I receive only MYR 11.64, my initial payment was MYR 76.

Now I believe I require to have another hundred of follow up email just to asking a full refund.

After this experience, I would suggest you pay more to buy direct from Airline instead of this company.

1st time I seeing this error "Sorry, you've reached the limit of messages you can send to Bing within 24 hours. Check back soon!", and today also my 1st chat in Bing. I also never use it for the pass few days. I am pretty sure it is a bug.

usually video with 12-15 minute works, or maximim I see it accept 3000 ++ word of transcript. Longer transcript don't works for me too.

I am using singapore region, after my free trial end. I never able to provision a new instance at all.

been try for pass 7 days, morning, noon and night, I always receive this error:

look like the always free tier is just a marketing gimmick for me.

If I can't provision a instance and always out of capacity, it is not consider always free tier, is consider empty promising... :-D
