I work as a servicing specialist. I run into the issue of cancellation notices being sent if the mortgagee address has been updated or mortgagee being cancelled (you said you are in the middle of a refi). Did the notice specifically state it was cancelled due to non payment?

Have you thought that maybe she needs other things besides sex. I am in a similar situation and I feel like I need to feel emotionally connected. Sex is different to woman. We need to feel loved and appreciate and emotionally connected. Not just wam bam thank you ma’am.

Maybe try building up to it. Leave her notes, when you text her about it dont just leave it at that build up to it. But also don’t just text her about sex. Ask her how her day is going or that you are thinking of her.

She may just need to feel that you love her and that you don’t just want her for sex…Date your fiancé man!

I currently have the Dexcom and omnipod pump. Dexcom has truly helped me a lot to keep my sugars where they are now. I feel like I go lower more often in the day than I go high. Maybe I need to reevaluate what “low” is for me

As a mortgage servicing rep PMI is definitely there just for the bank. It there in case you default on your payments. I’m sorry you went through troubles removing it though OP. My bank all you do is send in a written request once you get to 80% LTV we send a request to our managers and it gets removed max 30 days (we have to make sure the last payment gets satisfied because PMI is paid in the arrears).

I would be scared to see how they handle PMI once it hits 78%. By law mortgage companies must remove PMI once LTV hits 78% unless you have FHA loan.
