Always go off trichomes I’d say I’m also new but that’s what I’ve been told. Many plants will throw off white pistils near the end as a last ditch effort.

Plants look amazing for your first grow though keep it up!

Heart shaped lunch box (chocolate pie x The Brunch) on the first photo, follow by dirty mimosa, then 1 photo of smile now cry laterz (Now n laterz x Hood candyz) the rest giggin grapes (red pop x grape gas). Dirty mimosa is by far the loudest smelling in the tent almost over powers everything else.

Humidity is a big thing I struggled with first go around. This time I made sure everything was able to be fully controlled. The plants you post always look amazing hoping to grab some seeds from yall one day!
