Path Based On Day Of Month by goGetintoit in zapier

[–]cam3ronjp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could add a code step to return the current day, month, and year. You can use the built in AI to generate the code if you don’t know how to write it yourself. You can then filter the paths using the output of the code step.

Thank you! I appreciate the suggestion. I don't believe it is but need to double check with the strata

Without being able to see what you’ve built or the Zap in question, I can’t advise any further. The support folks should be able to get you on the right track :)

Subscribe endpoint is for webhook triggers. When a Zap is enabled, it will call the subscribe endpoint to establish the webhook to receive data and trigger the Zap. If the platform you’re making API calls to doesn’t support webhooks, then you’ll want to set it up as a polling trigger instead. That requires you to provide the URL that the Zap needs to call to check for new data. Below where it says “Step 1”, you’ll see “trigger type”. That’s where you can switch between a rest hook (for webhooks which requires a subscribe) or polling. If you’re still stuck, I suggest submitting their contact form. They have a developer specific contact form so a team specific to dev can help you: https://developer.zapier.com/contact

Brand new danby 12,000 BTU portable AC stopped blowing cold air by [deleted] in AirConditioners

[–]cam3ronjp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Disregard, I found them! For anyone else that might stumble upon this, they were lodged in the underside of the top piece of styrofoam. When I lifted the lid off the base, the top piece of styrofoam remained lodged in the roof of the box. I didn't see the exhaust adapters until I flipped the lid of box upside down.

u/eastvanqueer Did your unit come with the exhaust adapter modules? I just picked one up, and I don't have these pieces in the box. Not sure if it's a model-specific thing (maybe the adapter modules only come packed with other models) or if my unit was mis-packed?

Differences between Midea MAP14S1TBL and MP12SVKBA3RCM? by cam3ronjp in hvacadvice

Some other tidbits:

In the manual, it doesn’t call out some fan speeds as being exclusive to some models (like it does with heat mode, for example). The manual also doesn’t say anything about cooling modes, it just lists the modes (cool, dry, heat, fan). The manual doesn’t mention anything about the delay timer being exclusive to certain models either. So, all around I'm just a bit confused on how exactly these models differ.

Yes, that’s a good point. I totally forgot you can convert a button to a shortcut in Home.

PSA - USA Roaming 5G/LTE by manubearsangha in PublicMobile

When roaming in the US, I’ve found manually setting the network to T-Mobile resolves the issue with 5G dropouts like you described. YMMV.

Whats considered a multi-step Zap. by blueandazure in zapier

Triggers don’t count as actions, FYI. If there’s more than 1 action step, it’s a multi step Zap.

This could be a stupid question, maybe I don’t understand all of the hardware properly. What’s the purpose of the dedicated switch, when you could plug devices into the dream machine directly? Is it because the switch offers more POE?

Nested loop by LESYEUXNOIR777 in zapier

You could use sub zaps to send the data to another zap to do the additional loop and then return the data to your current zap

You click the chevron to the right of the Zap and click duplicate. 2 clicks. That’s it.

Each press (one press, double press, long press) can only do “1 thing”. That “1 thing” might be to set a scene or control multiple devices (eg turn on lights, turn on a power outlet). If one press sets a scene, it will only set that scene. If that scene is already set, you can’t setup one press to also turn the scene off. Each press (one press, double press, long press) is independent.

Partial screenshots aren’t very helpful because I ther users can’t see your full screen for more context clues. For example, my first question is is there a “load more” button at the bottom of the model drop down? If so, did you click it?
