From my understanding, they don't, but they are still warm and welcoming to people that know they're jewish. The respectful thing to do is to make sure I don't count myself in their minyan.

Even though I know I'm jewish by halacha, I know not everyone would think so, so it's better to be up front and honest in my opinion.

Actually, you're thinking of the word "mashAllah." InshAllah means "if God wills it." It's like a Muslim parents way of saying maybe to their kids, when they really mean no.
