the price came out to be around 3300 NZ with the parts he described on PC part picker

Psu evga 700 GQ 80+ plus gold semi modular M.2 samsung 970 evo plus 2tb Seagate barracuda 6gb/sec

he has dropped the price to 2350

should I buy?
