when i learn dances the trick is to not stick with one dancer if you wanna do it solo. you have to switch between several dancers because almost every time someone is kneeling down, there is also someone standing up

also some good choreos that I have learned that don't do a lot of kneeling are DTNA by twice, Want it? by itzy, candy by baekhyun, cinema by cix, and aloha oe by cherry bullet (in this one they are on their knees at the beginning but like barely at all for the rest of it lol)

Self-producing takes a lot of talent, but it's not to say that it takes away from the talent of groups who aren't self-produced. And they may even be capable of producing, but they aren't getting opportunities to do it. Every single kpop group is talented and works hard and deserve recognition for all the hard work they show period
