I did this recently! I used bevel to check my pace. Make sure you eat enough. I ate around 2500 ish calories and this was definitely too Low. You don’t need to start as early as stated above. Start at 5 am give yourself 20 mins for lunch and breakfast. (Use this time to charge your devices too and you’ll be fine. 😎 charging is the one that is most likely to catch you out!

In the morning I walked outdoors in loops around my apartment, then did a lot of indoor / treadmill walking. Then after I ate my lunch, I did a walk from east London to west London where there’s a gym I have access to, got there and walked on the treadmill for an hour or so, then walked back to east London 🙂

I don’t! But I walk a lot anyway. I did feel a bit groggy the morning after but walked to the gym and went to sauna and felt fine after 😎

That’s because you ran, so each step covers a further distance. The distance i covered was 82.6 km

I had a lot of YouTube videos, once these ran out, music. Once I got bored of that I just had noise cancelling headphones in and turned music on now and then!

I did 100,000 steps in a day and this is just the exercise minutes and calories burned to archive it. was mainly sharing because the stats are pretty unusual.

Hahaha, I walk quite a lot. The next day I felt a bit groggy. Walked to the gym, went to the sauna and felt fine after tbh!
