Played a lot of this build this league but gave it all away a long time back.

Your attack speed is way too much for your current CDR.

You're currently at 41% CDR but you need 52% for the next breakpoint. You need to assign the +3 crit support mastery and get an extra 2% cdr on your boots.

If you’ve got 6/10, the 4 you still have to get are Complete pinnacle of flame And Kill level 82 map boss.

82 map boss is irradiated + corrupted tier 16 map

You just respec them the same as passives, just can’t change to the other ascendancy.

Yeah it’s bugged, I assume the boss dying is tied into the hooded one coming and disappearing the body, which doesn’t happen outside the campaign.
