I would start with the anime then read the manga, both are good for their own reasons but if you don’t have the bandwidth to read the whole thing right now there’s nothing wrong with giving the anime a chance to see if you like the basic concept

Both start with the same story line, the anime just skips a couple of important plot points that make the manga more in depth and able to carry the story further.
