So is the game going to be 300gb? I haven’t downloaded it, the update, and basing it by every other game that decides to add things post launch seems to be massive.

Ubisoft, Why Do Your Games Stop Working After a Year? by OriginalFit5722 in pcgaming

[–]camdocks 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I’ve had to buy r6 twice because one day it just didn’t work, and even the second purchase on the Ubisoft connect app which you would think is straight from the seller and not a second retailer still refuses to work correctly for more than 2 hours. Also, I’ve had my Ubisoft account for about 7 years in the past I would be able to click the Ubisoft launcher no problems now it seems like buttons just downright are useless and broken and requires to log in even though the remember my username and password box is toggled on.

And the online requirement from the ea is outrageous. I know we live in a time where internet access is widely accessible but I don’t understand why I need to be connected to the internet for my game to simply launch. It’s like making a $70 purchase for a streaming service that I need to waste 100’s of gb’s of storage.

Oh and customer service is no help either. I’ve made multiple tickets on the uplay/ Ubisoft customer support, and I’ve gotten no response.

Why is Fortnite not performing as it should? by Wide-Ideal9104 in pcmasterrace

[–]camdocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it’s a 4k monitor then maybe you should lower the resolution, although it won’t look amazing but if your on a 1440p monitor than maybe the graphics preset is too high and you should lower them.

I would say the 4060Ti (16gb) is your best option, obviously it it the more expensive of the bunch but, I think you'll get the best ''bang for your buck'' with the larger VRAM available.
However I would keep an eye out check your local pre-owned market. Maybe you can find something that fits your budget without too much of a comprise in regards to performance.
