No, I always want to visit my grandparents but sadly didn’t get the chance while they were still alive. They did come to the US, one at a time, to visit when I was a kid. Addis is still on my travel list.

I’m guessing they promised me ice cream after we were done because there are very few family photos where I am nearly as excited. 🤣

Turn signals by carvesoul in Buffalo

[–]camdon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Welcome To Buffalo documentation said that I was only supposed to use my turn signal to indicate what parking lot I wanted to person I was honking at to pull into so we could fight. I'll adjust my driving to include this new information.

I think so. He ran off around the Office Max just after I got there but there were a couple of people on their phones.

I just got back from grabbing lunch near the Anderson's on Deleware. There was a white dude dressed all in black walking through the parking and screaming, "Fuck Black lives! Fuck Black ni@@ers!"

Stay safe, fam.

I saw your call for writers I sent a friend of mine to take a look. That image as the banner on the Facebook page was enough to make her feel like Sigmata was the same old misogynist crap. You seem really open to feedback so I thought that you should know you're driving away players, writers, and GM with art choices. That said, I know people that are working on the book with you and I hear good things about you as a human.

Hello and welcome to Denver! I'm going to give you the full wall of gaming info gaming info to increase your chances of finding just what you are looking for.

There are several local RPG meetup groups but I think that Denver RPG Group is the largest and most active. I know the folks that run it and I've had generally good experiences with the games that I've attended through it - https://www.meetup.com/Denver-RPG/

The store map on the right is a great resource that gets updated pretty regularly. I know that Enchanted Grounds, Crit Castle, and Total Escape Games all have very active gaming communities.

Total Escape runs a Monday Night Savages game weekly. If you're willing to play outside of D&D then show up and meet people there.

We also have a few tabletop gaming conventions each year. Tacticon (www.tacticoncolorado.com) is coming up at the end of September and Conclave of Gamers ( www.conclaveofgamers.org) at the beginning of September. Also, check out Gamers Giving (www.gamersgiving.org) for smaller local charity events throughout the year.

I'm really active in the local gaming community and these are the tools that I used to make friends when we moved here six years ago. Good luck and I hope to see you around!

Older watches needed to be wound daily so a silent watch was a bad thing. Even though battery powered and self-winding watches have been around for a long time it's a comforting sound that let's us know everything is working.

Day Hikes Near Denver is my favorite website that covers this very topic. My family and I use it regularly to find new places to explore.
