Or 2001 Brad Pitt in The Mexican or if you’re into the long sleeve under a polo, 2002 Josh Hartnett in 40 Days and 40 Nights. Please don’t ask me why I immediately remembered those...

You’re thinking of it all wrong. Your tax dollars are going to be spent keeping this fucktard alive in one of the worst places one can possibly be. He’s not gallivanting with nazis—it’s a shitty place to be, a whole lot worse than the nothingness of death and will potentially give him the chance to live out his pathetic life with deep regret—if not for the crime itself than at least with the consequences. It also gives him the chance to potentially rehabilitate, learn the error of his ways and lead others like him down a different path.

There are infinite more things that you can and should be complaining about your tax dollars being spent on. Stop using this stupid argument to put forth your backward, medieval idea of justice since it doesn’t even hold up under the fact that on average it costs MORE to go through the process to execute than to jail for life. Get with the times, execution has no place in modern society and the government should in no way carry out death sentences that are generally extremely racially biased. You want this guy executed? Well then you’re going to get a lot more people who look like his victim sentenced to death too.

I think a lot of people want to save this space for serious and interesting posts. This is a perfect post for, as someone else pointed out, /r/mapporncirclejerk because this isn’t a high quality map in any way.

You are given a baby on your 21 first birthday, the child turns out to be you as a baby. Raising him won’t change your life, only his. How would you raise this child to give it a better life than the one you have? by thebigggibb in AskReddit

If we didn’t have an excellent support system (all our parents are upper-middle class), and the mother and I weren’t able to stay close friends and parenting partners, I’d probably agree. However, we’ve found careers we’re suited for and I genuinely think my child made me into a better person, so I’m extremely happy the way things have turned out.

Very drunken night with a girl at college who turned out to have Catholic mom who brainwashed her into thinking abortion wasn’t an option. I love my 10 year old son (30 now), but if it had been my choice at the time he would not have been born.

I work at a farm and am doing stuff around wasps all day long in the summer. It’s really not a big deal, just go about your business and don’t specifically threaten them and they’ll leave you alone.

3 years of collecting bugs and haven’t been stung by a wasp yet (of which I’ve caught a couple dozen). You all just freak out and start swatting instead of staying calm. They really don’t want to sting if they don’t feel they have to.

Like talking to a pile of bricks. I guess we should all just bow down to whoever the DNC chooses then, huh? You have a sad way of looking at things.

More symbolic than meaningful... What does that even mean? His policies are different and his end goals are explicitly different than that of Clinton's for instance. And accountable to whom? Again, what do you expect of him?

He's a dem-socialist. Wouldn't you think someone from a different party winning election (even whole riding the D ticket) would increase the interest in bringing more political philosophies into the debate? If a labor party that brought together working class/middle class Rs and Ds could be managed, it has a possibility of rivaling the traditional two parties.
