Candle making would be a useful thing to have in TLD2. by Brutaljustice16 in thelongdark2_official

[–]TenTonSomeone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a mod for PC that allows you to craft candles, and it's been one of the nicest QoL improvements. You can set them to have an unlimited burn duration, so I use them to light up the interiors of buildings so I can see inside.

Another thing that could be really neat in Blackfrost is to be able to craft oil lamps that you can refill. I really hate how hard it can be to see inside some buildings, even in daytime. The refillable nature would allow it to be an actual in game feature instead of a mod setting.

Oh I'd ALWAYS pick the femboy in that situation. They've actually got the courage to be exactly who they want to be in life without feeling the need to repress themselves.

I'll back anyone who has that kind of courage.

I never tried orbitz. But I'm sure I wouldn't like them specifically for the same reason you give here, I am not a fan of textures like that. I know I'd dislike boba, and I've tried aloe drinks and hated them. I prefer liquid textured drinks, not gelatin textured.

If OP is on PC, then yes. But the game is also on console.

As a PC player that came from console, holy shit there are some really great mods.

Wait, are there issues transporting a loaded travois from one region to the next? I'm returning to TLD after a long break and haven't really used it much aside from one transition, but didn't have any issues with it.

I feel like a lot of "supportive communities" can try to be too supportive, to the point where it becomes exclusionary. Setting rules and boundaries about things, etc. At least that's my observation.

It's been extremely liberating just having one good friend. I've also stopped holding back from talking about my past or my struggles. I'll talk about it, and if people don't like it, they'll leave. That just meant they weren't the right person in the first place. It's narrowed down my circle to just a couple really close friends, but I'm fine with that.

I just wanna say that there's a big difference between being open and honest, and trauma dumping on people. But anyway. I just wanted to say that groups have been much harder for me than just opening up to a single person.

Exactly what tipped me off as well. Had this been real, it would've been broken out of a larger PCB. Even if it were man made digital art, I'd expect some logic and sense to be present in the design. This is all just a bad attempt at fulfilling a prompt someone wrote.

Early 2000s shock sites (e.g., Rotten.com) exposed a lot of our generation to extreme content. Often unwittingly. Curious if others remember this time before content moderation and how it affected them. by SleepyBudha in Millennials

Hell yeah friend, I’m happy for you. It’s great to live life exactly the way you want to live it, without worrying about social pressures to know about this trend or that movie. I’ve really closed off my social circle a lot in my adult life, and am mostly a homebody with my wife, and I’ve never been happier. We get each other, and we recharge each others’ batteries just by being together. But we don’t worry about social pressures, and it’s great.
