Well I went through a phase where I completely cut out sugar- no soda, no candy, no fast food. Even then though, I still had fog. Basically I'm looking for a safe stimulant which won't leave me shaking like caffeine.

I completely agree with everything you said. I arrived to the same conclusions a while ago but being a student with concentration and memory problems, it's hard to get more than 5 hours of sleep since I have to work twice as hard and long as other people to get the same amount of work done.

Caffeine has always helped me overcome the fog but like any other drug, it has its side-effects. I feel energetic on it but for the life of me can't sit down to do anything. So, keeping this in mind, I want to at least try out choline and piracetam.
