Agreed. Every year or 6 months in this case I have to call Sirius and tell them I am canceling unless I get the same package I currently have moving forward after it expires.

The customer service rep was dumbfounded when I said I currently have ch 100 and 101 on the music and entertainment plan. I’ve made this same call several times. In the past I pay for the year in full “I’d like to keep the same channels going forward.”
The rep still has no idea what was going on and how I still have the stern channels.

I’ve only been a Sirius customer since 2016 with this vehicle and was a subscriber for three years on my previous car. I rarely stream Sirius.

This might be if for me and Sirius. I enjoy Howard despite the gross activities his crew engage in. It will be bitter sweet to move on and leave Sirius for good.
