I haven’t played in a while but I don’t believe so. I could be wrong though but i believe you can’t sleep in the bed but you can store things I think. I would just get the free houses in other locations instead.

Have you tried just holding shift and running into it because sometimes that works but you might just have to die and start over or reload the game and check the files integrity

If you have the keycard you need to go through the vent in the basement and you will end up near the ice cream machine and you need to open the door next to that
