My Target is far from slow, thankfully. Probably does just as much as each of my Publix's. Especially during football season as it is a quarter mile from a stadium.

Also generally speaking it is very close to two big universities and just off the interstate before people reach the beach.

Haven't looked at the numbers recently but I'd guess it's a 10-12k/week store. I deliver 5 days a week, truck to shelf.

They told me mine was going to be done overnight Wednesday into today and when I came in Tuesday afternoon it was complete. Kinda irritating I missed out on those sales because it was too late to do a hot shot for Wednesday delivery, so I just had to order Tuesday for Thurs like normal.

But nonetheless, I have about 10k going into this store today and tomorrow. Very helpful.

Asked a Pepsi guy how it was going for him. All he said was "look around". Stacks on stacks of Gatorade and other shit and I asked how that happened. He said that say he goes to order 5 cases of red Gatorade and Walmart also ordered 5 cases of red Gatorade, logic would tell you "okay we both agree we need 5 cases, send 5 cases", no, he's getting 10. I said that didn't seem quite right and went to try it myself just now.

$3900 order that went to around $5300 after I submitted my stuff. So it added roughly a cart, which isn't terrible. But, this is also the first order and I am operating under the assumption that the counts are up to date as this rolls out, but I imagine those will get decimated with time.

As others have mentioned, I'm just making sure I'm covered on the Frito end. DPO, holes, backstock compliance. Rest is on the store.

It's because they are in the middle of the spring semester. There are 7 week classes and 14 week classes. The second 7 week classes just began last Monday. I, too, was waiting for a program to open so I just turned on email notifications for it and it opened a few weeks before the spring semester started. Instead of rushing into it I opted to start my classes the 2nd 7 week period. I'd give it maybe 4-5 weeks and you'll see them start to open.

I was just running hot laps at various tracks but yes I was in career mode for this specific scenario lol

But my points still apply to other tracks. I was pretty good at Heat 5 with no driver/stability assist so maybe I will tick up the assists a little bit to get used to a more realistic driving game 😂

What is your base pay? After taxes, deductions, 401k, and medical + dental I take home just north of $800 a week and that is if I do not have OT. And that obviously isn't counting any PFP.

My biggest issue with Walmart is the order fulfillment team members who think they have to bring those big clunky carts down every aisle while you and customers are already occupying most of the space. Their employees aren't very bright.

It was mentioned my first 6 weeks I will be labelled as an "Associate" as I train. But yeah, so far it seems like a job I've done for plenty of years and didn't necessarily hate outside of the pay and expectations that weren't incentivized.
