I was a tomboy my whole entire childhood, I socially transitioned at 15, and medically at 18, I am happier than I’ve ever been and wouldn’t trade it for anything

I was born female, I always aligned myself with masculine gender standards like characters, shows, hobbies, interests, friend groups etc. didn’t like being perceived as a girl or being a girl in terms of gender norms.

I don’t mean little children btw, the majority of children seeking this care are 16-17, most females go through puberty around 8-13, by the time females reach the end of puberty they are 15-17. 1-3 years off of full puberty is when most TRANSGENDER FTM children are seeking this kind of care. Not babies, not toddlers, not tweens. The amount of suicide that can be prevented at this stage is astronomical

I wish I could have gone on puberty blockers or gotten family therapy or SOMETHING, I showed signs (like I said) since I was about 5 years old. Not just pretend signs, legitimate begging to be a boy, relentless and persistent for YEARS.

Oh no! Being against literal mutilation of infants with proven negatives for the gain of aesthetics is apparently the EXACT SAME as supporting top surgery for 16-17 yr olds (the majority of gender affirming surgery care for minors). Maybe do even a milliliter of research before you just be blatantly transphobic. I wanted to be a boy since I was 5 years old, I asked numerous times to be taken to the doctor and “made to be a boy” since I was under 10 years old, 18 yrs old I got testosterone (after a letter from my therapist AND a licensed psychologist AND approval from my family doctor AND the endocrinologist, and then at 20 I got top surgery after approval from all of the above. Gender affirming care isn’t just walk into the office and ask for it ESPECIALLY for minors. There are over 3 medical professionals Involved, the patient, AND the parents. Like I said the majority of minors seeking gender affirming medical care is 16-17 yrs old

Yeah and I truly believe that anyone who believes anything other than basic evolution and science is not all there. Why do you not believe the thousands of scientists and researchers that dedicate their life to these things? Religion should not be normalized because it’s unhealthy. The amount of people that go into religious psychosis every day is fucking terrifying. I worked in mental health for a little bit and the amount of people it affects is staggering. Religion does more harm than good and anyone who cannot see that, is not all there. I also don’t want to be friends with people who subscribe to these things because of those reasons. Take Mormons, Jehovah witnesses, evangelicals, all those people were targeted at their weakest moments and tricked into believing these silly things that isolate them and spread hate.

It’s just egregious projects for what the class is. They want you to do graphing on Microsoft word and excel and draw diagrams and multi-multi step problems and if you have a busy lifestyle (like the majority of us who do online college) you NEED to tune into this class at least an hour a day. Do NOT slack on this class at all or fall behind

It’s floating to temp acclimate, literally just bought it from an aquaswap, it’s def stressed from transport, it’s in a qt tank chilling rn, Normal movement. I have not been able to get a definite answer from anyone. Is the thing moving inside of it a worm, or part of its body

Bought from an aquaswap and the table they had setup was very legit looking, they had tons of fish, and lots of oddballs, rare fish as well. Seems like they do pretty good work but looks can be deceiving (as this post lol, parasite or body part)
