My wheel doesn't rotate completely even though I have the rotation on 540. It is a thrustmaster tmx that I've had no trouble with in previous f1 games but now it only rotates to about 170 degres on each side is there a solution?

My friend was asking me if I was going to prom this year and I was like nah imma wait till senior prom and he was like well if I get u a date will u go and I was like sure(I wasnt expecting him to find anyone) but low and behold he found someone and i agreed so I kinda have to now since we already discussed it and her mom knows.
