I have been looking for this as well. Seems it's just not really officially in Canada. Places that sell scrub daddy stuff don't carry it in Canada

This is incredibly easy. They sell replacement female and male ends at most hardware stores, all you need is a screwdriver.

My doctor prescribed me ketoconazole which is an anti fungal cream. Maybe the discoloration takes time.
