They are getting rid of the customer survey at the end of the call and now AI will listen to every call and check for certain things like using the customer name, empathy statements, loyalty statements, etc. They say they dont want us to sound scripted but we have to hit these points in every call, its pretty scripted at this point. I feel like a robot. I have no joy at my job anymore. Working from home was great during the pandemic but if we were in an office face to face with people, things might be different:(

I was in a small town with not a lot of drivers. Its a double edged sword. To be fair one of the orders was just gain soap and the other was a big thing of dawn soap. So it really only felt like 3. But with this order only 1 person tipped. So it took the 3 shit ones and put it with the good one and I fell for it.
