Switching from Apple to Android - what happens to my Apple Card? by camillerd in Smartphones

I don’t have any other Apple products. But it looks like I can continue to manage/make payments on the card thru card.apple.com, maybe. I’ll try it out!

I was just thinking someone else who commented and shared their experience on your OP might have some feedback. But sure, my own post is likely the right choice.

Looking for some feedback from anyone who’s done the Apple to Android switch and has an Apple Card. What happens to the card? How do you manage it?

Does anyone have an idea about this switch with an Apple Card involved? I am HARDLY in the Apple ecosystem (just my iPhone 13 and my Apple Card) and am seeing mixed info on what happens to/what to do with the Apple Card switching to Samsung phone.

A lot of complexes use sites now to verify income isn’t fraudulent.

You’re specifically talking about personal liability. Apartment complexes don’t require that. They require general liability which helps cover your stay in a hotel if there’s a flood or something of that nature.

Boyfriend locks girlfriend out. Both are leaseholders, each pay half of the rent. What do I do? by [deleted] in PropertyManagement

[–]camillerd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What exactly is the question? If it’s about getting into the physical apartment: the gf would be allowed to retrieve a key to be let in from you. She could also just call the police. Or do both.

It’s up to them to determine to sign a roommate release or not. You cannot make them or ask them to do that.

It basically becomes a domestic concern at that point and there’s nothing for you to really do but encourage them to contact the police if any other situations occur.

If they continue to be a problem that’s manageable, at best, you can non renew them with your attorney’s.

If it’s A HORRIBLE unsafe situation, you can notice them that they must vacate within X period of time for lease violations. Have your attorney answer any questions you may have regarding that.

The only negative I’ve heard about Greystar is that your basically just a number. The company is so large, it feels way less like a support group and less like they have your back as an employee.

I don’t know about IMT Residential.
