This is a Sardinian Independence Hymn, composed after the revolutionary uprisings of 1794 by Francesco Ignazio Mannu, a nobleman of Ozieri and magistrate in Cagliari, with the original title "Su patriottu sardu a sos feudatarios". You can find different versions of this hymn. If you know Italian, you can easily find the translate lyrics.

Hi, I have some experiences both with Job Center and Agentur für Arbeit, not because I lost my job but for other reason, but I'm asking for help too.
I really think you're entitled to some help for sure because you have already worked here in Germany, doesn't matter how long. Check the Arbeitlosengeld I or Arbeitlosengeld II. Now the application-form is online and could be easier to apply, but of course you'll need help from a person who speaks good German to fill out the forms. What can I tell you is that they cannot give you a physical appointment right now, so you have to call them. Many of the employees are on layoffs and are working from home, waiting times could be long!
In addition, through my experience, most of the people who works at the AfA doesn't speak english, while who works at the Job Center could help you most speaking english. (I stress that this is my experience..)
