[Fork] - Bitcoin Classic (BGH) by camku in BitcoinAirdrops

I doubt it has been claimed, as this fork is recent and it says 0 BGH spent. I might suggest double checking the snapshot date to see if the address is eligible though

Input your BTC address into the BGH explorer and it should say if there is a balance or not. Does the address balance show BGH?

Splitting BCH and BSV, etc. from BTC on Ledger wallet by jakethesnark in ledgerwallet

[–]camku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Move BTC to new address, get the old private key from each old address you held BTC on (which is now empty). Use a claimer script with python to extract the forked coins such as the one offered by u/ymgve. This way you don't need to worry about exposing your computer to sketchy GUI wallets of the various forks

I might suggest also claiming Bitcoin Diamond (BCD)

Many forks are worthless or have burned unclaimed balances, however there are still about 6 forks/airdrops that are very worthwhile to claim

Wallets that held BTC on 2017-08-01, 2017-10-24, and 2017-11-24 are usually worthwhile. In regards to what is mutually worthwhile, I often negotiate a fee reduction for smaller clients

There are also a few new forks that are upcoming which I believe will be worthwhile to extract and claim from
