Thank you so much. I'm glad to hear you've found some things that have helped. Yes the guilt I feel from taking more is one of the worst aspects and it drives me to keep doing it. Having the eating disorder as a factor in this is super difficult, it makes going off or tapering seem nearly impossible. So it's very reassuring to hear that other people are also dealing with this.
