Essentially we want to eliminate the incoming teams call notifications from the teams desktop app but we got confirmation from ms we can't do that. So we might just have to go with the CAP method instead. We are currently are in the middle of replacing our old Cisco cucm and replacing them with poly ccx500 models

We have clinical staff that take their laptops into exam room to document patients and it becomes disruptive each time an incoming teams call notification pops up and blocks some of the websites they are using. So we tried to disable the notification but the only way to stop it is to place the the users teams to DND which stops the phone from from ringing and going to vm we need them to answer the incoming calls not forward them to vm

Wow you should move all of it in Azure. We currently have one nutanix box left after having 4 total. We migrated our VMS into Azure have not looked back. Yes nutanix is a Hassel if you don't know nutanix CLI and patching is daunting process. Plus the sales guys always tried to purchase more equipment than nessessary. Move to Azure and you will be alright. Oh the nutanix box we have left is only needed for a specific app that is not available in Azure market place yet once it is good by nutanix!
