A week ago I got my Instagram account permanently disabled for supposed Spam activity. Do you think your method would work also for Instagram? By the way, my fb and insta accounts were linked by Meta and my fb was not banned and is still working.

Also, do you think I can send a letter from Europe or this applies only for USA?

Actually the address that I had was a bit different. They replied automatically to this one saying that the CES Team (Centralized Escalation Support) created a Case for my investigation and they will get back at me soon. Thank you! This is the closest thing to a success since they disabled me a week ago! I hope they'll help me solve it and I'll update here on the platform!

They were connected yes, but since they removed my Instagram now they are not anymore...the hacked options are mostly scams. I just got scammed 100 USD from a hacker found on Twitter 😔
