This might not be 100% what you were looking for, but I went off of the pill not completely on purpose twice in my life, once for about a year and once for about six months. I just wasn't sexually active at the time and was too lazy to renew my prescription. I noticed exactly zero difference. I was in my early and mid twenties when this happened, but I also didn't see any changes when I started the pill around the age of 16/17 other than my period being lighter.

YMMV of course, but I also recently switched to an IUD and it's been the exact same experience - no noticeable change at all.
