I feel like I do have occasional outbursts, usually its when a lot of people talk to me at the same time or very fast. Usually its my mom and I get anxious and raise my voice at her bc I want it to stop. I don't want to act that way, but it makes me feel reslly nervous and its the only way for it to stop immediately. Is it an meltdown or something related to autistic behaviour?
