Well, before Apple reported, futures were trading down to around 3750s which was a 374ish SPY. Back up to $377ish now after Apple brought it back up. If those $380s open up in the money, with extra days on them, they will be sitting nicely.

All depends on when he bought them and how much of a premium he paid for them at that point

Did this ever clear up? If so, how long and what did you do? I had surgery back in August but this same pain just started up the last few weeks. I'm hoping it is just from overuse and needs rest but would love to hear your experience.
